Refund & Exchange Policy for Digital Products

You’ll receive the files immediately after purchase and therefore, all sales are final. Please review all items carefully before placing your order as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any repeat purchases, wrong paper sizes, wrong items etc,. due to the nature of the products.

However, please feel free to get in touch at jade@creffectivepaper.com if you have any issues or questions regarding the files so that we can help you troubleshoot as soon as possible.

 

Refund & Exchange Policy for Physical Products

1. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for physical products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact at jade@creffectivepaper.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

3. Return Process
To return an item:

  1. Contact our support team at jade@creffectivepaper.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship it back to the address provided by our support team.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for a different size, color, or style are subject to product availability.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless damaged)
  • Clearance or final-sale items
