1. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the chosen shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (South Korea): 2–5 business days
International: 10–21 business days

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

During peak holidays, sales, or new product releases, processing may take up to 15 business days.
Please note: processing time refers to preparing your order before shipment and does not include delivery time.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available, will be sent once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as Korea Post including EMS and K-Packet, and USPS.

You may select your preferred carrier at checkout.

4. Shipping Address & Changes

Orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout.

Please double-check your details before placing the order. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.

5. Customs, Import Fees & Tariffs

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges depending on their country’s regulations.

For U.S. orders, applicable tariff-related costs are generally included in the shipping fee shown at checkout. However, additional charges may still occur depending on customs processing or carrier policies.

CreffectivePaper is not responsible for customs delays, additional customs fees, or brokerage fees imposed by customs authorities or shipping carriers.

Please note: Shipping costs shown at checkout may not include all customs duties or import-related fees for certain countries. Any additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility upon delivery.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal of acceptance, we will contact you regarding reshipment.

Any additional shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
